Late into week two we travelled further into the South of Vietnam. A few hedonistic (code for expensive) nights in Nha Trang met our desires for a comfortable, dry bed, and delicious cocktails. Next stop was Ho Chi Minh City, perhaps my favourite city in Vietnam. With it’s bustling streets, rooftop bars, flower markets and impressive yet depressing history, it was a city to marvel at. A highlight was the foodie tour, by XO tours, which we did on Australia Day. We ate crab, scallops, frog, goat, and even shrimp on the barbie!
